Assembly of packaging and promotional products

Many companies produce excellent quality products, but for some reason cannot sell them. Perhaps the product does not have the appropriate packaging to present it in all its glory. Indeed, why would consumers buy clear paper when another product is wrapped in a bright, colorful package? In fact, a whole team of marketers and designers worked on such a “bag”, knowing how to show all the advantages of the product over competitive models. And a high-quality product, reproduced at the packaging stage, can remain on store shelves. On the other hand, its competitors are selling like hot cakes, but it has very low quality characteristics. Therefore, interesting packaging for people is one of the most important keys to product sales.

Packaging materials
The raw materials from which the packaging itself is made is as important a component as the design. The most popular materials concerning, for example, food products are analyzed:
- Cardboard is distinguished by its cost and excellent reputation at recycling plants, but if water gets on the paper, it can be assumed that the product is damaged. Therefore, it is used as packaging for products transported over short distances (the likelihood of a paper bag getting wet during transportation is very low);
- Plastic – all bottles are made of this material. This is because the quantity of bottles is huge and the packaging must be used at a low cost. In addition, environmental friendliness does not matter Bottle 60 ml produced for storing bulk and liquid substances;
- Metal is the most durable raw material. Such packaging can be easily transported over long distances, and there is no need to worry about the contents;
- Glass is the most fragile raw material. The risk of infection in glass bottles is minimal, making them an ideal material for storing a wide range of liquids.
Product packaging process
- Production of the packaging itself to increase the attractiveness of the product and withstand transportation conditions;
- Transferring the goods into the intended packaging (this monotonous task is performed by specialized robots, but people can also pack the goods if the buyer requires a non-standard approach. (Gift);
- Sorting of packaged products (if there are too many products, labeling, packaging of batches).
Containers and packaging must meet a number of requirements (economic, technical, hygienic – sanitary, aesthetic). Production should be inexpensive. It is essential that the material from which the container is made corresponds to the physical and chemical properties of the goods placed in it. The design of the container must be durable and serve as a guarantee of the safety of the goods during transportation and storage.
The container must satisfy the aesthetic needs of people. It should be harmoniously combined with the product, influence the buyer and stimulate the purchase decision.
