It is able to accommodate at its level not only contact information, but also a logo and other important components of the brand. At the same time, thousands of people see these marketing messages and they receive additional advertising without much effort. Both within the framework of advertising promotion of goods and offers, and as a substance for the formation of a positive brand style, this focus repeatedly shows noticeable results.
Production branded tape with logo is not just a process that allows you to add another company page along with its promotion. In addition to representative functions, this little detail plays an important role in positioning the brand in the market. A company that orders a tape with a logo, address, phone number or product name demonstrates a serious plan to compete for the attention of the consumer audience. Among other advantages of using branding, the following nuances can be highlighted:
- Available marketing support;
- Demonstration of corporate behavior, winning recognition;
- Protection of goods during transportation until the packaging is opened, guaranteeing its unique origin.
Types of printing on tape

There are several ways to apply a logo at the ribbon level:
- Surface printing. This is the most simple and playful way of application. The main feature is that the paint is actually applied over the duct tape and painted over. The disadvantage of this type of printing is that the design itself is subject to playful abrasion. However, there is one tangible advantage – the ability to order small quantities, low price and short delivery times;
- Interlayer printing. In the intended case, the paint is applied to the adhesive layer and covered with polypropylene film on top. Thus, it reliably protects the image from abrasion. This development urgently requires huge technological costs; accordingly, the cost of adhesive tape will increase. As a result, this image printing is more suitable for large print runs;
- Full color or photo printing. Full color printing is used using interlayer technology. The crucial difference, however, is that the colors are actually matched to the CMYK color model. This printing method is considered more expensive and is justified only in cases where special requirements are imposed on the image on the plane. This type of printing is beneficial only for fairly large print runs.
In any case, branded tape is considered an excellent tool for branding and maintaining corporate style, and by understanding the circulation and the tasks of packaging, you can choose the appropriate method of applying the logo.
