Classic cottage cheese casserole

In the traditional version of cottage cheese casseroles, only eggs, semolina and sugar are used. You can diversify the taste with fruit essences, fresh fruits and berries or vanilla sugar.
Description of preparation:
You can still bake cottage cheese casserole with breadcrumbs. For this purpose, after greasing the mold with butter, sprinkle it with ground breadcrumbs, pour cottage cheese and sprinkle some crackers on top again. When finished baking, place a small piece of butter on top.
Ingredients:
- Semolina – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cottage cheese – 250 grams
- Egg – 1 piece
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Semolina – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter – 15 grams
- Vanilla sugar – 4 grams
How to cook “Classic cottage cheese casserole”
- Prepare food for casserole. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no very large lumps.
- Combine cottage cheese with sugar, egg, semolina and vanilla sugar.
- Grease the baking dish with any cooking fat: refined vegetable oil, margarine or butter. Pour the curd mass into a mold and place in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes, temperature – 170-180 degrees Celsius.
- The cottage cheese casserole is ready. Allow it to cool well, and then offer it directly in the form. Portion – for 1-2 people.
