Caesar with shrimp – five interesting recipes
The American chef Caesar Cardini invented a culinary recipe for this salad at the beginning of the 20th century. The trick to the salad was the dressing, which he made from Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, eggs and garlic.
The salad ingredients included only parmesan, lettuce and croutons. Over time, cooks began to include the most nutritious ingredients in the recipe.
In addition to the very common recipe with chicken, Caesar with shrimp also often appears in restaurants around the world. It is prepared simply and looks festive on the holiday table.
